Del
Del Doree - Lead Mechanic
Del has an enormous amount of engine maintenance experience on all modes of transportation which began at an early age after leaving school in 1986.

In his most up to date mechanical service years, the marine industry was where Dell accumulated further exposure to engines and most recently specialising in Volvo Penta.

Del joins RMC Service Centre as Lead Mechanic for the newly appointed Volvo Penta Dealer and will aide in establishing a functional workshop as RMC Service continues to broaden customer services.

It is with a warm welcome Del joins our team and we greatly appreciate the valued contribution he will share with RMC and clients alike.
Gunther Toomla | Marine Mechanic

Gunther has always been into fixing things but his mechanical experience began when he was travelling around Europe as a part of a Professional Dirt Bike Racing Team in mid-2000.

Located in Estonia, (Gunther’s homeland), he began working with a Volvo
Penta Dealership in 2006. The business frequented with luxury boats such as Princess and Nimbus and also Mercruiser Stern-drives and Mercury Outboards. Gunther worked with the organisation until felt he wanted to embark on a new adventure and this is when he made the move to Australia in 2012.

Setting about obtaining sponsorship and for almost 6 years Gunther was
working with heavy farm machinery, overseeing the workshop, procuring spare parts and
performing machinery maintenance.

In 2018 Gunther satisfyingly got back into the thing he loved working with the most where he relocated to the Gold Coast to work with luxury vessels. Gunther says,” The boat business is where I want to be and the great mechanical advances on these luxury vessels make this a very exciting industry to be in. I can’t wait to see where this road takes
me to with RMC Service Centre”.

During my free time, Gunther enjoys playing play ice hockey, boating and travelling with his partner.
