Boating should feel comfortable, controlled, and enjoyable — even when conditions change. That’s where Seakeeper Ride changes the game.
Designed to automatically control a boat’s pitch, roll, and yaw while underway, Seakeeper Ride uses advanced motion sensors and rapid-response rotary blades to deliver a smoother, more stable ride in real time. Unlike traditional trim tabs, the system reacts instantly to sea conditions with automatic adjustments happening up to 100 times per second.
Seakeeper Ride is an automatic stabilization system mounted on the transom of a boat. Using proprietary motion sensors and intelligent software, the system continuously analyzes vessel movement and makes up to 100 adjustments per second to maintain a smoother and more stable ride.
The technology was inspired by aerospace motion-control systems and is designed to eliminate up to 70% of underway pitch and roll.
Unlike manual trim tabs that require constant adjustment from the operator, Seakeeper Ride works automatically in real time. Boaters simply throttle up and let the system do the work.
The system uses transom-mounted rotary blades installed below the waterline. These blades deploy rapidly in and out of the water flow to create lift and stabilize the vessel. Proprietary control software interprets boat movement in milliseconds and commands the blades to react instantly.
Seakeeper Ride manages all three axes of motion:
This results in a smoother, more controlled ride, especially in choppy offshore conditions.
Today’s boating market is increasingly focused on comfort, luxury, and safety. Systems like Seakeeper Ride are becoming highly desirable because they improve nearly every aspect of the boating experience:
Whether you’re a serious angler, a family cruiser, or a luxury yacht owner, Seakeeper Ride delivers technology that makes time on the water significantly more enjoyable.
If you’re considering upgrading your vessel, the team at RMC Service Centre can help you choose, install, and maintain the right system for your boat.
